Center-based ABA therapy and early intervention for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Play-based sessions designed by BCBAs build communication, social skills, school readiness and self-care, with parent coaching so skills carry over at home.

Who do you serve?
Children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, and their families. Sprout@BIS serves children ages 2 to 6, ABA is available at any age, and Thrive@BIS and Grow@BIS serve adults 18 and older.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with Medicaid, the DMH Waiver and many private insurance plans. At Sprout@BIS, accepted plans include Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Health Alliance, HealthLink, Beacon Health Options, SSM Health, UnitedHealthcare and UMR/UBH. Call us and we'll verify your coverage for any program. Private pay options are also available.
Where do services take place?
ABA can happen at home, at our clinic or in the community. Sprout@BIS is center-based at our Maryland Heights clinic. Thrive@BIS supports adults in real homes, and Grow@BIS is based in the community.

Our services are led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and BIS is licensed in Missouri. We have supported St. Louis and Missouri families since 2004.
