Rebecca began serving people with varied abilities as a Service Coordinator for the Jefferson County DDRB from 2007 through 2009. It was during that time in Jefferson County that she realized she wanted to do more direct support for people with disabilities. She began working for Behavior Intervention Services in March of 2009. She has had the pleasure of being lead staff at three ISLs as well as QDDP for Fenton and Crestwood ISL. Her experiences with Behavior Intervention Services has been rewarding and blissfully challenging. The progress she has witnessed among our many clients has taught her to forever be a strong advocate for BIS.
She is not blind to the fact that it takes a team to help a client reach their full potential. It takes the leadership of supervisors, the knowledge and expertise of Behavior Therapist and the patience and consistency of PCA’s to make an ISL run smoothly. She is proud to be apart of Crestwood ISL and she looks forward to all the future success of the clients at Behavior Intervention Services.
